SERVICE SHUTTLE POLICY 


At Capital Auto Group we are pleased to offer a complimentary Customer Shuttle Service. Please familiarize yourself with our shuttle policy so that you can take full advantage of this service.

1. We will always do our best to accommodate requests in an effort to provide a premium experience.

2. Shuttle destinations are limited to St. John’s, Mount Pearl, Conception Bay South, and Paradise.

3. Shuttle service is on a first-request basis and cannot accommodate reservations for time or space. If you are traveling on a time-sensitive schedule, you are encouraged to consider alternate means of transportation.

4. Shuttle service is available from 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday. The first shuttle departs at 8 am.

5. Shuttle service is designed primarily to transport customers from a Capital Auto Group dealership to a destination, and then back to the dealership, if necessary.

6. Customers requesting shuttle pick-up and return service will be advised of availability and should be flexible regarding pick-up time. Due to the high demand of customer requests, specific times cannot always be accommodated.

7. Please consult with your service advisor upon vehicle check-in as to shuttle service availability.

8. Due to insurance requirements, all passengers are required to wear seat belts. All children are to be secured in an approved child seat which is to be provided and installed by the legal guardian.

Our Customer Shuttle Service is offered for your convenience. Your shuttle driver is experienced in safe passenger transport. They are committed to making your commute to and from work or home comfortable and secure, with as little inconvenience as possible. However, the shuttle service has limitations based on varying customer demand and limited physical resources. Please consider alternative options should you require a punctual, on-demand form of transportation.
